There are 7 nodes and 1 struct you can use and implement to create Texture2D’s at runtime & more in your project.

There is currently only one way to install this plugin: Through the unreal engine marketplace. It is not planned to release this plugin anywhere else.For more information on purchasing this plugin, please go to the “How to use” section below.

Simply buy and install this plugin for an engine version via the Unreal Engine marketplace & enable it in your project.
Detailed guide for beginners:
Head over to the unreal engine marketplace and search for “Texture Extension”. Buy this plugin for a price of 11.99$ (or a special price in a sale).After you bought the plugin you need to click “Install to Engine” on the shop site or in the library. Simply install this plugin to an engine version and wait for the installation to complete. After the installation is complete, open a project and you will be able to enable the plugin. Once you've bought and installed the plugin, you can add it to any of your projects.

You can use them how you want but there are some main use cases mentioned in the following: You can use the created texture and feed it to a dynamic material to for example use it as an opacity mask. This is especially useful when you need an Image in the size of the players’ screen. You could also create a Texture to set it as an image in a Widget:
