We are entitled to make every documentation as easy to follow as possible. We would highly recommend taking a look at the documentation for each product first before you reach out as for nearly each product, every step you need to take is explained!

Do you have a question, bug, or issue with a product that isn’t explained in the documentation or on the roadmap? Then feel free to join our Discord community. You can even create a private support ticket!

This is an alternative to joining the Discord. This is for people who don’t have Discord or don’t want to join another server.
